Meeting in History – SITE Executive Summit

Event professionals gathering in Istanbul was organized in a historical Turkish bath named Kethuda which is today being used as an event venue. The meeting in Kethuda followed by a Bosphorus Cruise and cocktails at Ciragan Palace Kempinski with various entertainments.

Global Medical Company Annual Sales Meeting

The Annual Sales Meeting of the Vietnam Chapter of the worldwide French pharmaceutical company was held in Istanbul between 21 – 27 September 2019. Days of meetings, sightseeing programs to discover the city, the Welcome Reception held in Esma Sultan Mansion, and the Gala Night held in Adile Sultan Palace was organized for company’s 230 guests, in a concept already worked on with the client. ODS Turkey team undertook all details of the program from accommodation to food and beverage, from technical needs to branding, from transfers to entertainment programs.

Siberian Wellness Annual Award Ceremony

The world wide sales team of the company gathered in Istanbul for their Annual Awards Ceremony organized in ICEC - Istanbul Lutfi Kirdar International Convention and Exhibition Centre – in October 2020. Participation was huge! 1500 guests of the Awards Ceremony joined the excitement and enjoyed the enthusiastic program of the ceremony including the great shows performed on the large stage. The great ceremony’s organization was managed by ODS Turkey team with all kinds of logistics.

Ottoman Gala Night at Esma Sultan

Perfectly nestled along the shores of the Bosphorus sits the glorious 19^th century mansion named after Esma Sultan – daughter of one of the Ottoman Sultans. The mansion’s location makes the venue an ideal place to host meetings, special events, parties and gala dinners. Terrace area of the mansion can host up to 2500 guests for a standing cocktail with a magnificent Bosphorus view and it is possible to host up to 300 guests for a gala dinner inside the venue.

Gala Dinner at Ephesus

As a unique & unforgettable event venue for exclusive gala dinners, award ceremonies and related entertainments, Ephesus Ancient City has been used for our incentive projects for several times since for years. Ephesus , an important site for excursions as well, offers an exciting and authentic atmosphere mostly for a predominantly mid-age delegate audience during exclusive events. The capacity of the venue is 3.500 guests in sit-down dinner set up and 5.000 guests in standing cocktail set up.

Conference at the Hotel & Gala Dinner at Water Island

After a full day of conference and awards ceremony at the Renaissance Polat Istanbul Hotel, time for a well deserved gala dinner on the Water Island… As being one of the deluxe 5-star brands of Istanbul, Polat Renaissance hotels offer various meeting facilities with its two hotels located at different points in the city. The Water Island - no longer in service - was the venue for the combining gala dinner of the meeting. The conceptual study, audio & visual needs, branding, and other logistics for both meeting and dinner were organized by ODS Turkey.

1001 Cistern Gala Dinner

“Binbirdirek Sarnıcı” (Cistern of Philoxenos) is a Byzantine-era cistern, originally one of many water storage facilities - the 2nd largest - for the ancient city. Since for years, the cistern has hosted a variety of events including concerts, gala dinners, fashion shows and exhibitions. The capacity of the venue is 1.500 guests in sit-down dinner set up and 3.000 guests in standing cocktail set up.

Spice Market Dinner

Constructed in 1663, Spice Market was the last stop along the legendary Silk Road. It was the final destination for Asian goods, which were then distributed to Europe. Today, it is a popular point of interest, and a perfect place for shopping for some herbs, spices, souvenirs for their beloved ones before leaving Istanbul. The bazaar can be privatized for gala dinners and has a capacity of 500 guests in a sit-down dinner set up and 1000 guests for standing cocktails.

The Global Summit 2012 Istanbul, The Global Summit of the Consumer Goods Forum placed in Halic Congress Center brought together top CEOs and senior management of over the world’s top 650 retailers, manufacturers, service providers and other stakeholders across 700 countries. Forum member companies have combined sales of EUR 2.1 trillion and their retailer and manufacturer members employ over 9.1 million people.
