'Safe Travels': Global Protocols & Stamp for the New Normal
The SafeTravels Stamp was created for travelers to recognize destinations and businesses around the world which have adopted the SafeTravels health and hygiene global standardized protocols.
The protocols align the private sector behind common standards to ensure the safety of its workforce and travelers as the sector shifts to a new normal.
Part of our protocols includes providing the public & private sectors with insights & toolkits for interaction & implementation to ensure that people are and feel safe however WTTC, our members, and the sector can not guarantee 100% safety. It is paramount to have common rules. Ultimately, we envision a future of travel that is safe, secure, seamless, and provides an authentic and meaningful experience to the traveler across the journey; one which supports the livelihoods of millions and contributes to sustainable economic growth.
CITP (Certified Incentive Travel Professional)
The Certified Incentive Travel Professional (CITP) exam is SITEʼs mid-level qualification for the incentive travel professional with at least five years of full-time experience. It is part of a suite of certifications that includes the entry-level CIS certification and the director-level CITE designation (currently in redevelopment).
Designed specifically for planners of incentive travel experiences in corporations and agencies, the CITP is also relevant to senior managers on the supplier side such as DMOs, CVBs, DMCs, hotels, cruise companies, venues. Candidates are expected to have current, direct, hands-on involvement in the major processes associated with incentive travel sales, design, and management.

Quick and accurate 24-hours emergency support
Continuous risk analysis is part of standard procedure. Moreover, o.d.s.tur.key only uses suppliers that meet the health and safety requirements stated by law.
Our operations team is reachable 24 hours a day, seven days a week, in an emergency. Senior managers cover the out-of-office hours carrying an emergency phone. A chain reporting system ensures all parties get updated and involved rapidly. Moreover, all team members own an action chart listing numbers of emergency services and insurance partners.
When time is critical, o.d.s.tur.key acts quickly, independently, and accurately while keeping all parties informed.
Comprehensive insurance coverage
o.d.s.tur.key and its suppliers carry comprehensive insurance coverage. Our current coverage is 1.5 million USD, presently the maximum possible.
